3D printing

Got a file that needs printing, or an idea that needs designing first? We print in Taupō on a fleet of Bambu Lab machines, either way.

Materials

We print in ABS, ASA, PETG, PLA, PLA+, nylon, silk and engineering-grade plastics like carbon-fibre nylon (PACF), so the part suits the job it has to do.

One-piece builds go up to 250mm³ (a 25cm cube), with layers down to 0.08mm and print speeds of 300mm/s: quick prototypes and a clean finish.

Custom print projects

We've worked on all sorts of one-off projects, each built from scratch to exact specifications. From industrial plants to dairy farms, and videographers to breweries, we've guided clients through design and testing to a part that fits.

Knowing the technology and materials means the finished product is well thought out and fit for purpose.

We specialise in recreating broken plastic parts that are beyond repair, unfit for purpose or no longer made.
